Rinsing machine to clean the containers internally

Axtra rinsing machines are designed to ensure maximum production flexibility and process quality; they are made of stainless steel and plastic materials with high mechanical strength to resist to the different washing products.

The rinsers can be equipped with microfiltration and recirculation systems of the washing liquid and aspiration devices, to increase the quality of the process and the cleaning of the machine itself.

The format change equipment of the container such as wormscrew, starwheels, central arc and gripping pads can be normal or universal. The quick release systems allow a reduction of format change time and a consequent costs optimization.

All the rinsers are designed to handle containers of any material, shape and size.
