Labelling machine for hot glue
Axtra labelers are effective in the application of paper or plastic labels, even wrapping with hot glue. They ensure a precise and repeatable result.
Each labelling station is equipped with multiple manual or automatic adjustments, which together with the presence of a dedicated panel for the memorization of labelling parameters (times, temperatures and quantity of glue). They facilitate the use of the machine in different working conditions.
The format change equipment of the container such as worm screw, starwheels, central arc, central platforms and cap pusher normal or universal. The quick release systems allow a reduction of format change times and a consequent cost optimization.
Axtra labelers are designed to work containers of any material, shape and size.
Depending on the size, width and height of the labels, the accessories are supplied: label warehouse, set of pallets for the distribution of glue and transfer drum to the container.
The final smoothing accessories are made taking into account the composition of the container and the label/s
