Filling
Low vacuum & gravity filling machine
Axtra low vacuum fillers are designed specifically for flat liquids such as water, wine, liquors, vinegar, etc…. They guarantee the maximum protection of the product, leaving unchanged its characteristics.
The mechanical valves they are equipped with, thanks to the separate air return and the possible injection of inert gas, ensure the maintenance of the organoleptic properties of the product.
The format change equipment of the container such as worm screw, starwheels, central arc, gripping pads can be normal or universal. The quick release systems allow a reduction of format change times and a consequent costs optimization.
All the Axtra fillers are designed to handle containers of any material, shape and size.

Filling

The main goal during the filling process is to preserve the product’s integrity. That is why our automatic liquid filling machines are designed to ensure maximum precision and safety, regardless of the type of liquid being processed. Variables such as temperature, density, and viscosity can affect the process, but thanks to our advanced technology, each filling cycle is accurate and consistent. Our filling solutions, thanks to the use of various mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems, allow for the management of products with different characteristics (such as CO₂ concentration, density, and viscosity) and under different conditions (such as temperature and pressure). Among the most common applications, we can mention:
- Fully mechanical valves for handling still liquids with a viscosity similar to water.
- Electropneumatic valves for handling carbonated liquids.
- Electropneumatic valves combined with volumetric dosers for handling dense liquids.
