Capsulating machine for PVC capsules
Axtra capsulator is specific for PVC capsules and it can be equipped with mechanical, or pneumatic heads that allow you to better manage the type of capsule in relation to the area of application of the container to its shape and the type of cap chosen.
The format change equipment of the container such as wormscrews, starwheels, central arch and gripping pads, can be normal or universal. The quick release systems allow a reduction of the format change time and a consequent costs optimization.
Axtra capsulators are designed to work containers of any material, shape and size.
On the basis of the diameter and height of the capsules are provided the related accessories: glass/es distribution and pusher/s head/s.

Capsulation
The capsulation is the first phase of “dressing” any product. The capsulation can have a protective function and guarantee to the consumer the safety that the product is intact and has not been contaminated by external agents, or simply a packaging function to beautify the product. We designs and manufactures automatic capsulating machine that, depending on the speed, can be equipped with a distributor with fixed or mobile bells, with one or more heads for the smoothing of the capsules; the basic equipment of automatic capsulating machine, can be integrated with optical reading centering systems, that allow the orientation of the capsules with respect to the containers.
