Industrial cappers for the application of aluminium screw caps supplied with a centrifugal vibration feeder (diameter higher than the height), available in RO, ROPP, anti-topping with and without internal pourer.
On request, it is possible to integrate the mechanical caps elevator
Regarding the caps, on the basis of the dimesions (diameter and height) and the threading type, the accessories are provided (orientation disc, distribution channel and threading head/s).
The format change equipment of the container such as wormscrew, starwheels, central arch and gripping pads, can be normal or universal. The quick release systems allow a reduction of the format change time and a consequent costs optimization.
Axtra cappers are designed to work containers of any material, shape and size.
